A story about Marnie Webb
I met Marnie F2F at 08NTC just last week – at last! Really hoping we can work together on something some time :-)

I was a fan. I gushed. Now I get to transfer my goal from meeting to working on something together. I’m committed to getting him to Net2.
I met Tom last Thursday night at a bar in Soho. I told him I he was on the list of people I wanted to meet and he said, “prepare to be unimpressed.”
I love love the stuff he writes about project management and how open he is in sharing his solutions and challenges.
I like Patrick because he felt he wanted to make a change in his life – http://hogtownconsulting.com – which can be scary thing to do, but he just went ahead and did it anyway :)
I met Rob at the first Social Tech Toronto meetup I ever went to.
I wasn’t sure if I really belonged there(maybe my social tech credentials were going to be checked at the door?).
Immediately I sat down Rob started a conversation with me and made me feel at ease, that’s an important thing.
I’ve connected with Marnie on Flickr, I know techsoup/compumentor and netsquared, but have yet to be introduced to her, and would love to meet/would benefit from meeting her :)
I believe Kris found me on 43 people after Googling “project management for not-for-profits.” We emailed, then Skyped – we’re both PMP certified project managers working in the not-for-profit sector, trying to apply our skills to good :)
Great to meet you, Kris, and all the best in Boulder :)
I met Rob Purdie at Web of Change. Our shirts competed for the most-cool-male-garment prize; Rob edged me out on the final night.
